David Valenzuela returns to softball this spring for Loft B team. David is a recent amputee who had his right leg amputated below the knee. After a battling an infection, David lost part of his leg due to complications of a basketball injury which led to an infection that spread from his toenail to his foot. It was very special taking David's portrait knowing that we'll be seeing him again playing softball.
