U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano visits the Southwest border and Mexico April 1-3. Secretary Napolitano spoke the ongoing efforts and support the Obama administration has provided to support ongoing efforts against drug, weapons and money trafficking in and out of the U.S. and Mexico.
